The Marelux MX-RX100M7 is a premium, professional-grade aluminum underwater housing which provides superb scratch resistance, sea water erosion durability as well as the attractive options of various surface colors.
MX-RX100M7 is precisely engineered for the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII (M7) compact camera. It allows underwater photographers to leverage the camera’s advanced autofocus and high-speed performance at significant depths.

Key Specifications & Innovative Features
- Full Camera Control: The housing is precision-engineered to offer ergonomic access to all essential camera functions and buttons while underwater. The structural layout places almost all critical levers and dials comfortably within reach of your right hand. Buttons are made of marine-grade stainless steel with clear laser engravings.
- Aircraft-Grade Build: Fully CNC machined from high-density anodized aluminum alloy. It provides scratch resistance and saltwater protection up to a maximum hardness of 700HV.
- 100m Depth Rating: Safely depth-rated to 100 meters (330 feet), making it suitable for technical and deep diving limits.
- Port System: Employs the Marelux Series 5 port mount. The standard package usually includes the Extension Ring 35 and Macro Port 28 to accommodate the camera’s long 24-200mm optical zoom range. It is also fully compatible with wet lenses like the Marelux Aquista 120° wide-angle lens.
- Advanced Safety: Equipped with a built-in moisture alarm/leak detector that uses visual and audible alerts. It also supports an optional vacuum check system to test the housing’s airtight seal before diving.
- Aesthetics: It is available in Marelux’s signature anodized color spectrum, including Black, Silver Grey, Yale Blue, Burgundy, and Olive Green.
- Wireless Shutter Ready: The internal configuration reserves space for a specialized remote shutter module, allowing wireless control options.
