Description

AOI UWL-03 Series 0.73X Wide Angle Conversion Lens for Action Camera and Phone

The AOI UWL-03 II is a premium underwater wide-angle wet lens specifically designed for action cameras (such as GoPro, DJI Action, and Insta360) and smartphone housing systems.

It corrects the underwater light refraction that causes your camera’s field of view to narrow. By converting a standard action camera view into a 140° ultra-wide field of view with a 0.73X magnification, it allows you to get incredibly close to your subject while capturing expansive reef scapes or large marine life with maximum clarity.

Core Specifications & Features

140° Underwater FOV: Expands your underwater perspective (150° on land) and allows you to shoot up to 4 times closer to your subject, which drastically cuts down on water distortion and backscatter particles.
Quick Release System: Utilizes the AOI QRS-02 (Quick Release System-02) mechanism, enabling you to mount or remove the lens underwater in seconds depending on your shooting needs.
Rugged Build: The body is constructed from hard-anodized aluminum alloy, designed to withstand harsh marine environments.

Key Features & Differences

AOI UWL-03 II:Best Value: Features optimized optical elements for better light transmission. Uses an optical-grade polycarbonate (acrylic) dome lens with hard scratch-resistant coating.
AOI UWL-03 PRO II:Premium Quality: Upgrades to a multi-layer AR coated optical glass dome. Offers superior scratch resistance, completely eliminates internal reflection/flare in bright sun, and provides sharper edge-to-edge clarity.
