The AOI UIS-P1 brand-new underwater strobe showcases exceptional intelligence. AOI has released its latest underwater strobe, the UIS-P1, targeting the mid-range market. Following the successful introduction of RC strobe compatibility with the AOI UCS-Q1RC, which broke through traditional underwater photography constraints, AOI continues to set a new industry benchmark. Its most prominent feature—the Intelligent Macro (i-Macro™) function—delivers precise exposure for macro shots, serving as a game-changing technology especially when paired with the best-selling OM System Tough TG series.

What is AOI InTeLi™ Mode?

AOI InTeLi™ mode represents the next generation of TTL strobe compatibility, optimized specifically for underwater use. Calibrated according to manufacturers’ specifications, it ensures consistently precise exposure, surpassing previous generation TTL modes. The i-Macro™ function further enhances underwater macro photography, which was initially compatible with OM System cameras. Now, AOI InTeLi™ mode also supports Sony cameras, providing Sony TTL, i-Macro, TTL HSS, and M-HSS functions.

Contrary to popular belief, research shows that underwater photographers willingly embrace technological advancements to elevate their artistic creations.
